Shipping Policy 

Richies Home Construction ships orders to addresses within the United States. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, costs and what to do if a delivery goes wrong.

Shipping area

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to international addresses.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day. Order Cut Off time is 5pm EST.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of order. Weather, carrier delays and peak holiday periods can extend them.

Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. We choose the carrier based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Shipping costs

  •  orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax): free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $50: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email info@richieshc.com before your order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

  • If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

  • If an order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging to info@richieshc.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check with neighbours and your local carrier office, then contact us within 7 days.
